Legal Documentation for Property related matters

The legal documents are very imporation and necessary for doing any kind of authentic property transaction. These documents will support the party in any legal submission if all the necessary information is property mentioned in an authentic way in property related documents. For every type of property transaction, there is a different documentation that is required to be done. These are as given below:-

In case of Renting or Leasing of a property, the legal deed required is the Lease Deed, which is a legal agreement in between the Property owner and the Tenant. This Lease Deed agreement is printed by computer printer or typed by the Typewriter on the Stamp Paper. As per the type of transaction and the amount that is exchanged in between the party, the stamp value is used. The Lease Deed agreement is signed by both the Tenant and the Property owner with 2 witnesses. All Terms and Conditions related to the Tenancy are property mentioned in the Lease Deed Agreement. This deed is then signed by both the house owner and the tenant which is then attested by the Notary Officer and both the Property Owner and the Tenant sign in the Register of Notary Officer for their authenticity. The photos of tenant and property owner are also pasted over the lease deed agreement that are attested by Notary Officer. It is also recommended that the Lease Deed should be registered.

After the terrorist attacks in Indian cities including Jaipur, and the rise of criminal activities and frauds, it is advised by the government authorities and police department that the tenant�s related information has to be provided to related Police Thana by the house owner. The Police Verification Form has to be filled and duly signed by the tenant that is to be submitted by the House owner to the nearest Police Department along with photograph of tenant. The house owner must take the Receipt of the form submitted that is kept for future reference.

When the property is put for sale, then the JDA patta and other property related documents are checked and verified property to check the authenticity of property ownership. This is done to not to become the victim of any kind of property related frauds which are becoming very common in big cities.
